This situation is common for our reality. We can clash here with many opinions, different points of view. First our thought is “It’s horrible, water, air, grounds pollutions”. When I read the topic at was my first thought too, and it’s nothing queer that we think about our security, health. But after a little think, we realize that idea to build new factory for garbage processing or plant that product some medical equipment is not so bad. Further we take under a count advantages we can obtain from this project some repaired roads around the city, new work places, taxes to local budget are slowly swim out. Finally, we become calm and go back to health and environment. We sketch that is needed to be done with this side of the problem like things possessors of future factory should done for it. That’s processing reduces of production process for example. As were stated above our health. If planed factory should be a factory which enrich uranium then no doubt I against to such plans. I think such nuclear and other hard chemistry plants should be remoted from places there people live to abandoned lots. Because in that case proprietor can’t even by use all possible tools assure peoples and environment safety. Consequences can be huge. In another hand we have some values got from building new factories. That can be development of economics, new job offer, garbage processing plant can solve garbage problem in our city and at least it’s a progress for some depressed small town we have such in middle 1990th in our country. As I wrote in the end of first paragraph finally after we calm down we assess state of problem wholly and only then we will be able to bring some wise decision and express our attitude to this situation. From things I wrote above you may think that all said is only going around being avoid, say just because it is required to say something. But it’s not, I just want emphasize that all such problem and questions have many good and bad sides and aspects. The point is to develop own attitude to problem alike in every single case opposing on all information, taking under a count all arguments. Only if we are common with situation we can give some conclusions. | |
